My original intention had been to crop the photo, figure out a border color that would turn to a shade of blue when negated. I tried a red and settled on the Palegoldenrod. Upon Equalizing I noticed the photo came out way different depending on the color of the border. I don't know how I never noticed it before. I made a couple of samples below to show what different paths a colored border and equalization can go; and now by cropping, I can always crop off the border once I've gotten the desired effects.

I played around with the green one before cropping off the green and adding a new, raised, darkcyan border. I didn't quite get the 3D effect of the fist one but I love the colors>
